Got an email from recruiter asking for my availability and gave it to them then still nothing from them it’s been 3 days now I feel like I’m being ghosted. Anyone at BlackRock know how long the process takes?

3 days is too less of a wait. Many companies take 2weeks to get back. So wait for a while.
