Blend Labs Interview - What to expect?

Hello, Got a blend phone interview with hiring manager this week so wondering what to expect? Recruiter mentioned coding/algo type questions. Is it on a coder pad or hacker rank? or we can use our own IDE? Is it a zoom interview or a phone interview, email suggest the latter? I recently started trying out LC but I'm not good at it yet. I applied simply thinking it would be a good way to baseline myself to see where I stand. It's for a senior backend role. I can't find any questions tagged in LC either.
