Blind isn't actually anonymous?
Came across with on a cringe site known as professional FB. Are you not really as anonymous as you think you are?
probably they have tried reset password? and seen password and logged in and checked? but its is a privacy issue.
How can they reset the password if they don't have the email Id?
Don't you login with your work email?
Then how can we see current companyâs lounge?
Blind will kick you out if they find
Good employers donât need to worry what their employees are talking on blind. I bet Jane Street (for example) doesnât give a s**t đ
Blind lets employers force revalidation using this form: https://www.blindemploymentvalidation.com/submit-emails So after locking out access, employer can immediately trigger revalidation which will "kick you off" Blind. The company policy violation may be a bluff or just a general thing they apply to all Blind account holders (by searching incoming emails).

Oh God, thatâs how I kicked out of JPMorgan blind account, when I posted a comment on JPM, after I left the firm. I thought Blind must be a user management group who are scraping through messages or have ML tool to identify. I didnât know the respective companyâs HR can do it too.
Blind is not that smart
They must have doxxed themselves as HR can probably look up the email/Slack content internally. It's crazy how they got kicked out of Blind.
