Blind or Glassdoor? You're obviously using Blind just trying to understand 'why'. Glassdoor seems to have a larger base, more topics, u can see all companies not just your own, and is just as anonymous...gotta say though Blind can mine this data, sell it to companies or use it for what feels like could potentially be nsider trading - great idea:)
WTF. They are not even similar. Why are you trying to compare them?
Seems like op is one of the desperate Salesman from Glassdoor (who may not have changed company on Blind) ! Nice try buddy 👌🏼
Glassdoor salary data is stale, paysa looks more accurate and inline with blind comp threads. Glassdoor has really only been useful to me for gleaning information about interview process.
Glassdoor is only used to serve the companies that pay for premium and help them depreciate wages by not reporting compensation accurately. If their wage data is so laughably bad how are we supposed to trust their reviews? I really wished Glassdoor would fix its shit because it could provide a valuable service but right now it doesn’t.
Glassdoor is great for interview questions. Reviews are largely fake. Salaries are largely stale and don't help in our industry due to equity.
Not enough racism and sexism on Glassdoor
Amen. I can't trust info that isn't followed by "r u Indian?" or some comment about "needful".
Blind is addictive
I no longer trust Glassdoor. Too many fake reviews and random disgruntled employees.
