How often, are there cost of living vs performance based raises, etc. Have an offer and curious what growth would be like in the years to come.

Promo cycle happens twice per year, performance based compensation changes happen once per year and is aligned with the first promo cycle. Compensation is based on cost of labor in a region, not cost of living so there's no adjustment for inflation.

Hard to say what 'typical' is with stocks dropping over the last couple of years. 4-8% base pay increase is what people say this year, depending on performance. Refreshers were more focused on giving people enough to get them back into band because of the stock drop.
