Attended onsite interview for BI Engineer role experienced hire. It's been almost two weeks didn't hear back from recruitment even after following up last week.Does that mean reject?
When I got hired, they got back to me within 16 hours. Sorry bud
Personal experience is: I got feedback through my recruiter later in the day and had a verbal acknowledgement they liked me later that day, and you’ll get an offer within a day. Got the offer from the group on Friday(interviewed Monday&Tuesday with two different departments). I mean it’s not looking great, but you should contact your recruiter. There is no cool-off period to interview with another department.
Yeah they got back to me within a day.
What was the interview like? LC type questions or sql?
Varies from dept to dept. you’ll be doing LC questions during phone interviews. Some groups do multiple rounds of LC type questions during the “in house” phase. I encountered someone doing C++ trivia. Also you’ll have a systems design phase as well. Might meet with Dept head as well.
Hey OP, did you end up hearing back? What was the result?
better luck next time
:( What is usual process after onsite?
