I’m about to receive an offer from BBG and want to understand how the comp cycle works to help with the negotiation. When are bonuses announced and paid out? #bloomberg Current TC: 240k
Worst company to join. They micromanage to the extent that an employee recently was told how many minutes during the day their system was idle while working from home!
Wtf? What are smoking Meta? Way to generalize.

I used to work there. Bonuses go out at the end of February. At least a 100% payout is essentially guaranteed. Any salary raise you're given will go into affect at the end of February and you'll be retroactively credited for the salary difference between January and February. Don't listen to Meta, Bloomberg is a great place to work right now, because they don't do layoffs, PIPs, or anything like that.
Wtf they don’t layoff or PIP? Then how can I get rid of the low performance people… worst place to work
No such thing as low performers at BB, they all end up at PIPazon after failing interviews
SSWE?
