You might be able to push it a little higher. I was able to negotiate £125k TC (110k base, 15k bonus) for senior swe starting next month. YoE: 5.5 Current TC: 🥜

@Amazon I mean the TC in the post. Assuming that was the offer TC. But I guess that's the current TC?

I was given 120+20 with 6 YOE but I am certain it could be higher with a competing offer
Levels shows 150k easily as TC
I believe that's dollars.
