Bloomberg Raise Negotiation

As we enter EVALs at Bloomberg, I would like to make sure I'm getting paid what I deserve. I have an outstanding offer at a startup - $210K base, $100K equity per year of vesting. I enjoy my team and am gaining solid experience on it, which I fear I would risk if I left for the startup. All the same, the offer is better than my current salary, and likely better than my salary after raise. So how can I (if it's a good idea) leverage my offer to negotiate a higher Bloomberg salary without burning bridges on my team? Or should I simply leave / stay? YOE: 7 TC: $210K - base $190K bonus $20K Thanks!

I hear its already determined basically in Dec/Jan. My friend who's been there for 8 years says that the way to get a better raise is to tell your TL as long as they're not a dingus: "I want a better score and want opportunities to show you I'm worth it" and he said this has led to more consistent raises. I don't think BB negotiates for leaving but you could try. I'd stick with BB personally as it seems the startup would be a lateral move. I usually don't consider job offers unless they're about a 50 percent raise or I hate my job.
