That’s the base hike. Bonus is 10k if lucky

I have seen in other posts, annual raise could range from 4%-20% depending on how close u are to 300k mark

Bloomberg ib <go> Nov 15, 2022

You won’t get a raise, you have to start working before q4.

I mean my raise for working year 2023

Bloomberg alphabetz Nov 16, 2022

Highly variable, it depends on the level of importance of your team and how good of a performer you are. I know people that got 20% raise while having that same TC last year, and j know people that got 3%. All ICs with ~3 YOE

How did they get 20% raise? Promoted or changed team?
