Bloomberg yearly bonus
Bloomberg offer is composed of both base salary and bonus. I was told that 1st year you are guaranteed to get 80% of the specified bonus amount (at least?). From 2nd year onwards do workers usually get 100%? Can one receive less/more? How frequent is that?

Officially, the annual bonus is contingent on you and the company meeting unspecified goals. In practice, almost everyone (except for people on the extreme ends of the performance spectrum) gets 100% + a few percentage points.
