Blue Origin Offers

My friend whose company isn't cool enough to be on the Blind app is in the final stages with Blue Origin. Doing a bit of research on their behalf to define negotiation tactics. Has anyone here ever gotten an offer from Blue Origin? What does their compensation consist of (base + bonus? Base + equity?)? Were they willing to negotiate? Thanks for any help or insight.
