Boeing Commercial Aviation - Offer Evaluation

No RSUs. Offered only 80 hours of vacation. Not clear on relocation assistance. Onsite work and offer letter specifically states 2080 hours. Union based. Please share negotiation tips for salary, vacation hours, RSUs, etc. Boeing engineers, please chime in on day-to-day WLB in factory work, promotion and growth potential. Any aviation benefits? Is it ok to ask for a start date for Feb 2024? Should I negotiate that with HR or hiring manager? Should I do that prior to or after accepting the offer? Any feedback is greatly appreciated :)

We don’t have RSU unless you are an executive. As a new engineer, you get 10 days of paid vacation and I think it grows to 15 after the first year. You can negotiate your salary but nothing else. You get whatever the union bargained for. WLB is better than most. You also get 10 sick days.

Unfortunately no RSUs as far as I know, but WLB is better than mossy places. You can really coast, if that is what you are into
