Have a Bolt (https://www.bolt.com/) onsite coming up on Thursday. I would really appreciate any advice. How is the coding round, are they LeetCode based or something else? Eh! Every time I explain people ask oh what about blah. This is easy to explain on a call. Especially the follow up questions. Your question is like what is the advantage to snowflake when redshift exists. :)
Have a very good friend working there. He said the place is shit, very fast paced. Dude is looking to move. He went there from Microsoft.
That is surprising considering I've heard several state Bolt has good wlb. Granted after MS any place might seem too fast paced.
He said the expectations are very high to ramp up, deliver etc.
