What happens when most of your team is Indian?
1. Sign on bonus is within the first 2 pay cycles of your start date 2. Performance year is Jan -Dec...two opportunities for promo annually...mid-year-goes into effect June/July....year end-announced in Jan and goes into effect Jan/Feb 3. Nothing but salary and bonus* all the way up to SM. At Director and above you can get profit sharing/stock at reduced price, the severance packages are better and you get an admin assistant * bonus is paid in Feb and processed like a second paycheck so you pay out all of your regular payroll deductions from the "bonus check" ( E.g. health benefits, SS, FICA etc) ...just a head up.
