How much yearly bonus does Goldman Sachs give to an associate in general?
Can vary a lot, depending on your manager
20-40 percent of your base.
How much can 1st year NAPAs expect?
10-15 percent hike on your PATC - previous base.
R u planning to move from MSFT to gs?
Current TC and YoE?
It varies. I recently got to know that freshers who join GS gets more bonus than someone who is a lateral hire. This happened to a friend. He and another fresher was working on the same project. He had 3 years of experience and got the same bonus as the fresher even though the fresher met expectations and he exceeded expectations. This toxic culture is imbibed in GS. Do not join GS as a lateral hire.
This is true. GS treats lateral hires differently than direct college grad hires.
Btw MS to GS would be terrible decision IMO. One of my colleagues just left gs(associate) to join MS. Nothing happens if your manager doesn't like you, you won't get shit.
🤣🤣🤣🤣
Varies a lot. But for associate decent bonus would be around 10L.
