Bonus at Oracle Cloud Applications

I’ve heard bonuses at Oracle are dependent on where in the business you sit. How are bonuses in Cloud Applications? This role would be on the Product (not Eng) side. Recruiter mentioned this org usually gets them.

In engineering no bonus. In 8 years at Oracle I got maybe 5K cash bonus total.
