Hello SAP folks, if I start my notice period in December and leave SAP in January/ February will I get full bonus? Or they will cut out percentage of bonus? If yes what percentage of bonus can I expect? #hrissues #sap
If you are employed / on SAP payroll by 12/31, you are eligible for your bonus payout. It is the discretion of the manager how much bonus you will get, however, unless there is a performance problem, managers are encouraged to allow 100%.
If your last working day is on or after 31st Dec you will be eligible for bonus. This is written in leaving the company docs, also I had this clarified via hrdirect.
