Bonuses?
When do annual reviews usually happen at SAP? When do bonuses usually get paid out? How much percentage can you get paid on top of your bonus target?

Annual review in Feb (numbers get locked by end of Feb I think) Bonus payout is March 31st (USA)

As far as the numbers, do you know how much more over your target can be above?

Managers get guideline and they have to balance within that.. there is no set rule for that number. And if you have a crappy manager who cannot fight for you (most managers don’t!) and if you are not important to your manager, then do not count on it! You might receive less than the target!
