My booking.com recruiter mentioned that the RSUs are not under 30% tax benefit. The reasons that he gave was along the lines of - because booking is registered in US stock exchange, government only gives tax benefit for base and bonus, not stocks ? Can anyone working from Netherlands confirm this please. Offered TC Base - 85k euro Bonus - 15% Rsu - 20k/3

Biden wants to raise capital gains tax to 40%
Secondly, is rsu of 20k/3 mentioned in your offer letter or they have just mentioned it as annual stock bonus based on performance?
They have mentioned based on performance. Recruiter verbally mentioned that this is the number I should expect at my level
That is right. I guess rsu are taxed around 50% as well I guess
Are you working from Netherlands and have experienced this ??
No, a friend of mine was in uber, Netherlands and I guess he mentioned something like it. Can't root for the accuracy though
