Boring work in product based big brand vs interesting work in service based small firm ?

Got offer from servicenow in infra automation team but automation work sounded boring Vs A small service based firm which builds product from scratch using popular techs. Which one would be better given that there is 25% pay difference with stocks. I am not much fixated on salary though My TC is peanuts
