Broadcom/Avago Physical Design Compensation
Can anyone share expected compensation for physical design including base salary/RSU for broadcom/avago? Including yrs of work experience.
Master 190k base, 200-500k RSU, target bonus 20%.

Yes. I was at 192k to be exact. Yearly RSU refresh of 100-130K. I have a PhD and 10 years. I'm not in Backend but salaries are similar.
Keep in mind the 20% target bonus is the default. If you get 1 ( top performer) multiply That by 1.5X. If the BU beats its numbers, you Get another multiplier on top. Obviously If the BU or you underperform the multiplier will be less than 1. I know ppl who got 40% bonus. We are talking about 70-80K cash bonus. It is EXTREMELY important which BU you join.
