Buying Eth for the first time
Is this a good week to buy ether for the first time? Seems like it's been in decline over the last week. Also is coinbase a good platform for crytocurrency beginners or is there a cheaper alternative thats beginner friendly?

So? You know that crypto is extremely volatile right?
The point is you have to watch it carefully to reap the most gains. Glad I'm out when price was still dropping. I'll wait for the drop to stop before buying in again.
i have more confidence in litecoin/bitcoin for new investors, eth is high volatility right now.
It's perfect time to buy eth. It's the lowest it's been since last month and people are just overreacting to fake news like vitalik dying and all that. Also tempted - a friend of mine became a millionaire as a result (had invested tens of thousands when each eth was just cents) That said, I do think we missed the boat..
What price point are you tempted to start purchasing at? $250?
I'm tempted by the idea, but I'm not sure I will - no way to know if there is much more upside and plenty of reasons to think we're in a bit of a bubble. Keen to hear other people's opinion on the subject though
