Indians in austin fb group is the right place if you are looking for realtors and communities . You can definitely get a decent home for 700k around 2700-3000 sqft home
Thanks will post it there

Also don't be obsessed with new home. Buy a home which is less than 10 to 12 yrs old and get home warranty (or better ask seller to provide it so that you get coverage from day 1).
Brad Nimri is austonain and he’s just the person to hire in this buying market because he knows the tricks. Highly recommend him. Reach out to him @ nimri@kw.com and tell him Mostafa recommended you, good luck
Thanks, will do!

There’s no room anymore. Don’t come.
Yes we only have room for tornadoes now🌪️🌪️🌪️
Haha these tornados actually makes me rethink about our move
To be fair, last time a tornado hit Austin area was almost 25 years back and that too in Jarrell. So dont worry much.
Hope you're willing to live far from the central city, or in a 800 sqft house.
I just closed on my house in round rock last month, happy to share my realtor with you she made the process smooth for us
Not worth it anymore (my opinion). Everything went up almost 300%. New homes start at high $900k.
Just bought a 3b3b for 500k south Austin.
New property?
