Adobe vs Walmart Global Tech vs Vmware vs SAP labs which one to choose ?

Hi all, Currently I am working as SDET2 with 4+ year of experience. I am having offer for SDET role form Adobe, Walmart Global tech, Vmware & SAP Labs. Need your help & suggestion to decide which one to choose, considering the fact of better career growth. Walmart & Vmware paying same. Adobe base pay is less but more number of Stocks CTC wise Adobe, walmart & vmware is on same page. SAP labs base is higher than Adobe but less than Walmart & Vmware. CTC offered: 1. Walmart - Base 25LPA + 20% variable + RSU 15% of base/year (Vested in 4 year) 2. Adobe - Base 17LPA + RSU 50K USD (Vested in 4 year) + 3L Joining Bonus 3. Vmware - Base 25LPA + RSU 20k USD (Vested in 4 year) + 5L Joining Bonus 4. SAP - 24LPA Base + 2LPA variable I have been offered role in below team 1. Adobe - Adobe CEP 2.
