I'm assuming this is the original offer before negotiating. Seems low for a P5.
Hi, this is their final revised offer, tried a lot to negotiate but not making any changes
50k per year? 200k for 4 years?
Seems very low. Check levels.fyi too. Is this a tech role?
Yes, it’s P5 tech role
It is exactly what Levels. Fyi shows. We don't pay a lot
How was the interview like?
Is this for planning org … if yes then reject the offer and move on… you’d be stuck here and won’t make any career progress.
Thanks for your reply, Can I Dm you?
Sure
Base seems to be good. RSU: $50k/year, How did you calculate this? Based on 200k joining RSU? Did the recruiter provide you a ballpark of annual refreshers?
Yes new hire RSU 200k for 4 yrs No commitment on refreshers
What would a P6 pm TC look like?
Sucks to hire a P5 instead of promoting internally. To answer your qns, the base is good. Bonus is fixed at 12% so you won't be able to negotiate it. RSU Grant of 200k is average for PMbut given the market conditions, it's fair enough.
I used my pm fit for negotiations, expensive but milked an extra $140k
Peanuts
Base seems low for P5 in the bay. I know Seniors who make more.

What happens when most of your team is Indian?
Seems low. But considering the market I guess it makes sense. Culture is good but can vary greatly by the team. WLB is highly prized and prioritized.
Google offers more for L4 (PM1). Meta/Linkedin/Ntwflix are similar
Workday hasn’t had mass layoffs in its history.
