Got an offer from sysdig. Should I join?

I got an offer from sysdig as sr SW engineer. Base has not improved but RSU at 0 price seems reasonable. My question, in my current company my PERM is in process (3 more months to be approved) once that is done, I have 6 more months for I-485. My date for GC is current. So everything goes fine, I may have my GC by March-April next year. I am frustrated at my current job. Should I switch as whole GC process will restart. Is it worth it? Cybersecurity seems hot.
