Myntra vs airtel x labs
I have offer from myntra and airtel x labs, which one should I go? Myntra : 24 lpa ( 21 fix, 1 bonus, 2 Rsu) Airtel x labs: 19 lpa fix( 18 fix, 1 bonus) Both are for front end react js. In airtel I will work on new project, which is going to start. In Myntra I will work on their existing project. #offer #software #engineering

Base for Myntra is good. Also, relatively better brand name. Go for it IMHO

Is it team specific, or most of the teams have this kind of culture ?
Most of the teams have same culture, depends on location though, i can confirm Gurgaon has bad culture, not sure about Bengaluru. Gurgaon has local Delhi/NCR crowd and haven’t moved much in last few years

I have heard Myntra has good internal movement. Parent is Flipkart. Also better brand name than Airtel. Only good thing I see in Airtel is new project. Otherwise all factors are in favour of Myntra acc. to me Btw whats your YOE?
