I’ve heard employees were offered a way out if they didn’t believe in the transformation at some point. I don’t think many took it. Most people I know strongly believed it was the right thing for the business. But that’s hearsay I wasn’t actually here while it was happening I just felt the growing pains. Getting used to balanced teams and agile, really our business had to learn it more than our IT. Some areas learned faster than others lol
