Anyone know what to expect for a panel interview at Citi? This is for a VP role. Greatly appreciate any insight. TC: 130k #interview
Citi is a trash and tier 2 finance firm
Did you work in Citi? How long? When?
I worked at Smith Barney which was Citi’s investment arm and the crown jewel of their portfolio before it was spun off to Morgan Stanley. What’s left is credit cards, international biz and very little relevance in US.
VP role in what area? If you’ll prefer not to name it here, that’s okay. Be able to display and articulate examples about your leadership, the ability to make decisions with little supervision, collaborate with others, build relationships and drive strategy - get buy-in from senior leaders on initiatives. Display all these skills and ability to be coachable, being your authentic self to ensure cultural fit.
Thanks so much, this is helpful. I’ll DM you with details.
Why leave BCG tho?
@op how did this interview go?
It's a bank, every role is a VP role
Like every role in Amazon is SDE?😅
