Cadence interview: lead application engineer; confused of rejection
Hi all, Pls read and reply your thoughts. I was interviewed 7 rounds and hiring manager said its positive and asked for salary expectations. I said my expectations. After 2 days he scheduled a technical interview and rejected saying lack in tech skills. So confused and disappointed. Manager might have found another more suitable that explains additional tech round after the full day interview. Coz generally that’s the last round of interview.
Maybe lack in the tech skills? I don't really know what answer you're looking for. Unless you know you did really good and think the reason they gave u was bullshit?
Manager promised verbally about the offer and asked about the compensation. After that rejected. This made me feel the reason bullshit.
