If the base changed for you, like about 25%, only thing about RSUs, which looks a bit less. If bonus Target is positive, then it is very good. I don't think any standard of getting rsu numbers to match. It depends on bargain cap.
Base has changed quite a bit and bonus target of 25% seems good as I don’t see that very often. They’re not willing to increase it further.

Are you part of AE or PE group? RSUs can go higher to 100k. Please note refreshers at Cadence for senior principal are not guaranteed unlike at Qualcomm so negotiate well before you join.

Given your YOE, this offer looks like a low ball, especially the RSU grant. Did you have counter offers? Don’t proceed unless you have counter offers and you manage to negotiate better. At least target a TC of 300K. Also, how does your Qcom stock balance compare to the current offer?
