Can I Trust Netflix Feedback?

Received a rejection after Round 1 (Design + Coding + Ops + Culture) and the feedback was quoted to be related to communication. I asked the recruiter to exemplify and confirm if it's just comm or a combination of comm + technical. Recruiter says it's "primarily around communication more so than technical" and "interviewers had to ask follow up questions to understand the situation/example/experience you shared". How should I comprehend? I assume the technical rounds didn't stand out as well?

I assume it’s for Snr role. Communication matters a lo. Since there was apparently some back & forth during the interviews, it’s a good indicator that the same might happen during technical discussions if hired. It’s awesome to receive such specific feedback. You know what to work on.

Well you don’t seem to know how to use the word exemplify, so I’m guessing it really was your communication skills.

Comprehend like how the recruiter told you to? The feedback given twice now is that your communication sucks yet you keep thinking it was technical. You seem to lack both comprehension and communication skills.

tech rounds still require communication, don’t make the mistake in thinking it was just in ops/culture.
