Can I change service line in Deloitte?

I have received an offer from Deloitte USI as a Senior Analyst for Internal Firm services , which is not the core consulting track. Is it possible to change the service line to Consulting by negotiating ? Also, need reviews about this service line in terms of work quality and career growth.
