1. My current role is being closed and I have 2 weeks to find an internal role transfer to stay with the company. 2. Found an internal opening, its a good fit. But hiring manager said that my seniorty is one level higher than that of the opening. He said he will need to speak with recruiter and higher ups to seek budget approval to bump up the level.
