Can some one evaluate offer with TIAA ?

Hi All, I currently work at SXM , I recently got an offer from TIAA as Sr Software Engineer Mobile. I got an offer for $145 K base . I have 10 years of IT experience if we include my 3 years of experience out of USA, not sure if that matters. My current company base is $125 K. I need to relocate from Dallas to Charlotte. Can someone suggest if it is a good offer ? TIAA did not offer RSUs for this position. Considering whether to take this or not. Please help..!!! TIAA Offer Base : $145K YoE: 10 years Role: Sr SWE NO RSUs 10% - 15% Annual Bonus TC : $170K Current position at SXM Base : $125K TC: $160K Thanks
