Can you get two offers from one company but different teams?
I got one offer from one of the big tech but I got another interview opportunity from the same company but different teams. I would love to proceed but not sure if I could get offers from both.
Ofcourse I got 2 offers from Amazon though from a single interview loop I was also interviewed separately by 2 teams in Apple So its possible. Doesnt hurt.
Can you negotiate offer in that case? I thought their HRs would communicate the numbers.
Apple asks you to decide which team before getting numbers out.
Yes, it can happen at Amazon. But the offers would be the same as long as the roles are in the same job family.
MS will only make one formal offer. If you have interest from multiple teams you have to pick which you want after both teams said they want you. Just did this a few months ago.
