Can you go to Amazon Canada and come back to Amazon US on L-1B visa?
I am on F-1 OPT. i have two more tries for H-1B. If I do not get H-1B, can I go to Canada, work for a year and come back to US on L-1B visa? How difficult is it? I read some posts on blind that Amazon doesn’t help with that and that people are not getting L-1B. Is it true? Please advise. Currently L5 SDE2. TC: 260k YoE: 2.75

Just a garden variety casual racism.
If you are canadian citizen then for working in US there is a separate visa TN -1, pls see following link https://www.wikihow.com/Work-in-the-USA-as-a-Canadian-Citizen
But TN is non-immigrant visa.
So? You can still work for a few years and just refresh it or apply for h1-b as you work. You can still apply for green card as well.
