It’s somewhat complicated but essentially if you are making money from it (or in some cases even if you aren’t), it can’t be a “competing” business vertical (which is basically most software services), or if it is, it has to be cleared ahead of time. In practice, unless it’s a multi-million dollar company, you probably don’t have to worry about it.
