Canadian new grad salaries
Heard new grads (BSc.) are getting ~200k CAD offers from big tech. is this the norm now? just a few years ago typical NG salaries used to be 110-120 even on the high end. How much have things actually changed?

I know we hired some new grads via our intern program so I’m sure they would be paid at par with our US NG salaries, just different currency. So yeah about 200k CAD
