Can’t get any interviews at FAANG
How can I get interviews at FAANG? I’m I not getting them because my resume sucks? I’ve been LeetCoding, but it does not really help unless I get an interview. I feel like I’m sending my applications to a black hole.
Dont you receive any in mail from FANG++ recruiters on Linkedin? If you have any in your inbox, reach out to then.

Referrals is implicitly mandatory unless you are already being targeted by their recruiters for some reason. Those resume lists are larger than you can imagine. Few recruiters actually go through them reading/calling everyone, usually they hand pick high pedigree candidates (either past companies or universities).
That’s not true. I had gotten fair share of their attention without having either.
Have you done a lot of open source or something like that? Why do you think you are being targeted?
I never apply to jobs on website. Too much effort. I just ping recruiters on likedin or reply to recruiters who reach out to me in the past. Never had an issue with it.
Me too. I think I have a not bad resume, but never got a chance. A month ago, I am reached out by Amazon recruiter, and yesterday got a verbal offer. I feel I could have more chance to be interviewed but anyway heading to Amazon
Find recruiters on LinkedIn and message them directly.
Resume probably sucks plus not using referrals maybe?
