CapGemini engineering

Hi Blind folks!! I’m a sales person and would like your insight from people who are clients and also folks who work for offshore services companies… how do you fare Capgemini engineering from capabilities and consulting perspective? How does it compare to cognizant, tcs, etc? I have a possible offer but want to understand what I’m getting into. Last thing I want to do is to join an organization who is not client centric. I am looking for a good culture, client centric employee and decent pay with progressive career - I know it’s too much to ask!! ;) Tc 300
