Capital One APM Power Day

Making a post to ask about Capital One PDP aka APM final round interview and offer. But I also want to give back to others since reading through previous posts helped me a ton. 1. Use Glassdoor and Blind. Some posts are helpful, others are not, you decide which is which. 2. Think about how C1’s products align with their goals, strategy, and revenue. They use an info-based strategy to create personalized products (example is the newly released Venture X card). ~60% of revenue comes from credit cards so tie that into whatever product you’re given in the case. 3. When the interviewer asks a question, don’t look for the “right” answer. Verbalize a structured approach to come up with a good answer. 4. Stand out. You are not the only person they interview. Bring some unique insight that no one else offers. Curious to hear people’s experience who have been through the “Power Day” for PDP. Is this expected TC for Plano, TX? 88k base + 6k sign on + 1.5k relocation What about bonus? Can I negotiate the sign on or relocation?
