I'm an MLE with a pending start date in early 2023 and am genuinely excited to join Capital One because job/company I'm leaving sort of sucked from a career and skills development perspective. The only bright side was the WLB was good so I was able to spend a lot of time doing LC (900+) and continued education on the side. What is it like working as an MLE for Capital One? Assuming I can meet expectations, what could an engineer expect in terms of career and TC growth at Cap1 over the next few years? Are there dead-end areas within the MLE organization of Capital One that should be avoided to keep career momentum and skills development going? Current TC $90k 2023 Cap1 TC $160k, 4 YOE LCOL
