New ranges should be: Salary: 330-360k Bonus: 0 - 51 - 102 RSU: 0 - 90 - 153 Bonus and rsu are middle numbers for meeting expectations and the higher number is the max. These two categories are non negotiable, but the salary part can be negotiated. Additionally u might be able to negotiate the rsu’s you are losing out on by quittting your current employer.
