Capital One bottom range comp
C1 recruiter said the bottom range for level 2 data engineer remote in Texas bottom of range is 115k. My friend in Chicago is making 145k base comp for level 2 software. I was planning on trying to get at minimum 130k on negotiation, but is this base comp good for DFW metro? Or should I definitely not settle for this? Current tc: 103k π₯
