Hello, i am planning to buy a 2016 Toyota corolla or a honda fit to commute in MTV. I am shopping for car insurance and i am getting these numbers: 220-275/month $500,000/500,000 bodily injury liability $100,000 property damage liability Uninsured/underinsured coverage 1000 deductible collision coverage No medical payment coverage Is 220 too much? Sounds a bit too much. What are people paying for their car insurance?
I have a 100/300k liability and the monthly for both of us (spouse and I) is around 120 for a full size sedan. Of course location matters, lets say I'm in a comparable sized city.

That half a mil coverage is what is destroying your premium... Would definitely lower that quite a bit. How old are you?
27 but i only got driving license in 2016
Then it looks ok. I paid the same for an year after I got my DL. If your commute is less, try metromile.
