I am assuming 46k AED is monthly If yes, i think you can negotiate for more i know of a person who shifted from Careem (Sr. EM at 7 YOE) to Deliveroo a year back and was earning around 52K AED + 200k USD uber stocks back then Even SWVL (which pay comparatively less)is paying around 45K AED to their EM, seen a post on Blind of someone with 10 YOE
