Career Exploration of Salesforce TA/ STAs?

there are a bunch of folks with their career built in Salesforce ecosystem, where do they switch to? Do they end up just perfectly in any other consulting like Slalom, Big 4s or as IT managers in product based companies ? Is there any other pathway? I am looking towards Ent Arch or Principle Architect . #engineering
