Career advice - New grad swe
Hi guys, I just graduated college and start my job as Developer (Full Stack) T2 at SAP in Palo Alto. My current comp. is: Base: $110K Bonus: $10K No stocks. I have known it for some time that I don't get paid as par as me peers in my area. When I asked my manager about raises, promotions I got told that it takes years to get even a raise and promotion to the next level. With this rate I feel like even reach a $1M net worth is many many years away. You JUST graduated. You don’t need a million dollars. Get off your high horse and learn something. Once you actually learn something, look for something better.
